Detailed instructions to send back your return can be found on the of the packing slip. Please contact us at 513.873.5657 email@example.com for a return authorization number.You will find the packing slip inside a plastic sleeve located on the outside of your package.
If you have misplaced your packing slip, received the items as a gift, or do not have a packing slip, please contact customer service at 513.873.5657 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to process a return authorization. Please do not send items back without a return authorization number. Please allow at least two (2) weeks to process your return.
Please note that all returns must be clean, unworn, unwashed and must contain all original labels and hangtags. If you have concerns about this policy, please call us before you ship your return. Also note that we make final decisions on returns when the item is in our possession.
